A child under 5 years old is free, 5-12 years old $12.

Departure from hotels starting at 19:00, depending on the location of the hotel. Return around 14:00-14:30.

The excursion program includes:

- Transfer to the foot of the mountain;

- Three-hour ascent to the summit (2285 m above sea level);

- Climbing a stone staircase ( near 700 steps);

- Meeting sunrise;

- Descent to the Monastery of St. Catherine;

- A small breakfast;

- Tour in Monastery.

The excursion price includes:

- Transport service;

- Flashlight;

- A small breakfast;

- Entrance tickets to the monastery;

- Service of a guide;

- Mountain guide-bedouin. 

The cost of the excursion does not include (paid separately if guests want):

- Entrance tickets to the museum of icons;

- Blanket rental;

- Visiting the toilet during trip;

- Camel riding up to the stairs (about $10-15);

- Beverages;

- Personal expenses.

Be sure to take with you to the excursion:

- Passport;

- Comfortable clothes and shoes, headwear, sunglasses;

- Warm clothes (winter time);

- Lunch box (ordered in advance at the hotel reception);

- Money for personal expenses, gifts and souvenirs;

- Phone or camera;

- Beverages.
